Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Entelyst processes personal data in accordance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy (PDPPL) and guidance issued by the National Cyber Security Agency.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect

Information you provide: name, work email, organisation, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected only through essential cookies or, with your consent, analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, meet legal obligations and protect our systems.

Where required by the PDPPL, we rely on your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Consent

Consent is obtained through clear affirmative action, such as submitting an enquiry or selecting cookie preferences. Non-essential cookies remain disabled until you agree.

5. Your rights

Under Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPPL you have the right to: withdraw consent; object to processing; request erasure; request correction; be notified of processing and of any inaccurate disclosure; and obtain a copy of your personal data.

6. Our obligations as controller

We process personal data honestly and lawfully, collect only what is necessary, keep it accurate, apply appropriate technical and administrative safeguards, and notify the competent authority and affected individuals of breaches that may cause serious harm, as required by the PDPPL.

7. Sharing and cross-border transfers

We share personal data only with service providers bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside Qatar are made only where permitted by the PDPPL and with appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely deleted.

9. Complaints

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent department of the National Cyber Security Agency.
